That depends from person to person, but in most cases that biggest results can be achieved in a short serie of maximum 10 psychological counseling sessions. Every session we re-evaluate where we are approximately on the intended development trajectory that we set in our first conversation.
After you have completed the sessions, you can choose to stop the process, or resume the conversations with greater intervals, f.e. once every 2 or 3 months. This gives you the space and time to try out more things that we discussed. In our conversation we can then elaborate on this, or you can put in new questions or concerns.
If at some point I estimate that you will benefit more from long-term psychotherapy and in person, I will refer you to another psychologist or therapist.
